Add affiliation and joining reason to admin email #4325
Description
Task Summary
To make sure affiliation and joiningReason fields that were added in #4185 are utilized, we want to add these fields to the emails that are sent to admins when a new user requests access. The email body of the current version only contains the new user's email. For the new design we would want to add affiliation and joining reason in the email.
