Using react-native-webview, we we:

• Load React app from webview via local file URI
• Can pass data/events to WebView?
• Can pass data/events from WebView?
• Read/write file from WebView (do not pass via serialization, OOM errors incoming Serialization handles files up to 10MB, that's plenty for source code)
• Get WASM working?
