Hey @t41n0 👋 Happy to take a closer look! Could you send the details over to support@gitbook.com? |

I created a Trial account. Then added a couple of members and had to enter my credit card. After a while I made one of them Administrator and deleted my account. It was during a Free period, my credit card should have been removed too.
Today I notice a charge. It has been 3-4 months since I deleted my account. I do not even use the email for it was provided while I was outsource.
I have been charged oddly since then. See the image.
In regards to Legal and Consumer Rights, while it may not be "overbilling" in a technical sense, it could be considered a "deceptive practice" or an "unauthorized charge" if the cancellation process was intentionally misleading.
ROSCA (Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act): In the U.S., federal law requires companies to provide a "simple mechanism" to stop recurring charges. If the company makes it nearly impossible to stop the bill after you've left, they may be in violation.
What is going on? GitBook cannot transfer responsibility to Stripe/Link.
I now have clicked Cancel Subscription, but I suspect some other user can revert this. I do not approve of this.
CAN SOME OTHER MEMBER (ADMIN) REVERT THE CANCELLATION?
