startup fail on Linux

i have these errors:

In your home directory, ~/hossein in this case, you should have a .wakatime.cfg file that has the following in it:

[settings]
api_key = <your-WakTime-api-key>

• Create that file .wakatime.cfg in your home dir
• Copy paste the text I have put right above in your newly created file
• Replace <your-WakTime-api-key> with your actual api-key that you can find here.
