Don't hard-code vt and vite-task.json. They are names for internal development.
Use program_name in Session, and also parameterize the config file name.

vite_task_bin is an executable for for internal development (see
https://github.com/voidzero-dev/vite-task/blob/076cef486127e6cd1fefc58945f00dac316888ca/CONTRIBUTING.md#development-workflow).
Changes in this crate won't appear in vp run distributed in vite+.
